LottoManager Initial issued

  This is my first android application and I finally got succeeded to upload it on the market.


  Initial date was the last month but I'm writing it down now. It is because I felt I need somewhere to leave development note recently. As more application I made, It went to be more difficult to manage its history.


  Anyway, below is the first features of LottoManager. (2021-02-21)
